Being in management taught me how to coach people, bringing out their
strengths and teaching them how to manage their weaknesses. Coaching
came naturally to me, and my friends, family, and people that I didn’t even
know often came to me for advice and help with all sorts of issues, both
professional and personal. Every time I was able to help it felt rewarding
and I understood this was a unique gift from God that I needed to
expand. As of this year, I have become a certified Life Coach.
I now know that this is my life’s purpose and I am here to help others
grow into their higher selves. To do so requires that we go beyond the
weeds of our mind that hold us back and limit the growth of the things we
wish to cultivate. This is why I chose the name: Beyond the Weeds
coaching service.
