"Secrets of Success from women who have leveled up"

First-generation, Indian-American, Sneha Gandhi White, Owner of EmpowerYou, grew up in her Cupertino neighbourhood where she witnessed a budding diversity that has since blossomed over the course of the past twenty-odd years. Because she was shy, Sneha found it difficult to make friends. Her mother and father, however, encouraged her to break through her shyness by helping her develop a love of literature. Her first loves to this day are the Nancy Drew and Harry Potter Series, which captured her attention so strongly that she often found herself lost in their tales, taking her attention away from her schoolwork. Both notable series helped her realize that she had a passion for helping others and serving her community. In fact, she began teaching neighbourhood children at just 12 years old, and before long her ability to help young people find their inner passions and love of learning grew into her life’s purpose.
After graduating from high school, her best friend, and now husband, inspired her to attend Foothill College. It was there that Sneha realized her desire to help others succeed in the world of academia and life itself. She would go on to attend Loyola Marymount University and earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and has her MA in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College with an emphasis on ecological perspectives and lifespan development. In addition to her exemplary educational background, she is also CBEST and CPR certified, she is also a certified Mandated Reporter as well.
Equipped with her education, she gained numerous professional positions that allowed her to teach students from 5 years old to college-level who struggled with their studies and finding a work/life, balance. To help them learn and thrive in this new modern world, she does all she can to make learning fun through patience, kindness, and dedication. As their Mentor, Sneha’s mission is to use her purpose to help students and Millennial women, tackle the ups and downs of learning and life. More than anything, she wants them to excel in their academic, emotional, and social lives while also finding the encouragement they need to never feel defeated and discover the beautiful life they have always deserved.
