"Secrets of Success from women who have leveled up"

I grew up in a very strict, large family that was physically and mentally abusive. The dominant presence of religion in the environment that I was raised in made it very difficult for me to focus on any of my needs or feelings. Because of this, I was left with a diminished understanding that
there was an entire world out there open to me, where I could reach far beyond what thought were my limits.
My name is Naomi Alexander. From childhood, I found myself evolving and
looking within to understand myself. As time went on, I knew I just wanted to be free to truly be whom I was meant to be without the approval of my family or the judgement of others around me.
As I developed into a young adult, I knew I wanted to help others and become a leader. I had an opportunity to join a leadership development program at my job. To qualify, applicants were required to write an essay as to why they wanted to be a leader, and I had my sister help me articulate my thoughts and ambitions on paper. My first level manager denied me the position without much review, but I knew I was qualified and was able to demonstrate that I was the right fit for the position and another manager overruled her and allowed me into the program. From that point on it was full-speed ahead. I went right up the ladder in the company, but even with the personal success I had achieved, I knew my mission still was to be of service to others.
Being in management taught me how to coach people, bringing out their strengths and teaching them how to manage their weaknesses. Coaching came naturally to me, and my friends, family, and people that I didn’t even know often came to me for advice and help with all sorts of issues, both
professional and personal. Every time I was able to help it felt rewarding and  understood this was a unique gift from God that I needed to expand. As of this year, I have become a certified Life Coach. I now know that this is my life’s purpose and I am here to help others grow into their higher selves. To do so requires that we go beyond the weeds of our mind that hold us back and limit the growth of the things we
wish to cultivate. This is why I chose the name: Beyond the Weeds coaching service.
